The educator is the heart of the classroom and is a determining factor in student achievement. CESA #1 provides services directly to educators in pursuit of continuous growth and professional development. Highly qualified educators in our regional classrooms are a necessity for the quality of life for all residents.

Approximately 23,000 teachers are employed in the CESA #1 region. An opportunity for rich interactions and professional growth are possible through collaboration and shared services.

• Alternative licensure for those who wish to become highly qualified teachers as a career change through the Proficiency Based Licensure Program
• License Renewal Support Center for out of state educators seeking Wisconsin certification and in service educators in need of PI 34 support
• Online professional development opportunities for 24 x 7 learning and mentoring support
