This option is for licensed Wisconsin educators working in a dual language, bilingual or alternative education environment.
Bilingual/Bicultural (#1023)
- Teacher holds a license in a subject area and seeks the 1023 license as a supplemental license
- Must be fluent in both English and the target language
Alternative Education (#1952)
- Teacher holds a valid Wisconsin license
- Must be hired and working in an approved Alternative Education environment
