Across Southeast Wisconsin, the demand for skilled, locally-rooted talent has never been higher. Yet, for too long, employers and K-12 districts have operated in separate worlds.The CESA 1 Employer Partnership Program serves as the bridge. We provide the structure and support needed to bring these two systems together, ensuring that our students are prepared and our local economy is thriving.

Investing in students today is the most effective way to secure your pipeline for tomorrow. By joining our program, your organization can:

A partnership will run July 1 - June 30 with the option to renew each year. A pro-rated fee will be available if a partner joins after December 31. Please review our Partnership Policy for more information about the terms and conditions.
