The Business Services team at CESA 1 is responsible for creating and managing the Agency’s budget.

This ensures effective support for the staff and students in districts across our region. Additionally, the business services team oversees all invoicing and accounts receivable, and we manage grants on behalf of school districts, helping them to maximize funding opportunities.

We can also work with your district or school to provide support for your Business Office. Our experts can provide high-level coaching and consultation that goes beyond a simple checklist to ensure your district is fiscally healthy and future-proof.
