Innovators in Learning and Achievement, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) foundation of CESA 1. This nonprofit foundation was created to advance cutting-edge professional learning and accelerate meaningful change in education. Their purpose is to bridge research and practice—designing, studying, and scaling learner-centered approaches that improve outcomes for students, educators, and systems.

Through this nonprofit, they partner with school districts to provide high-quality, research-based professional learning, pilot emerging practices, and contribute to the growing body of knowledge on effective educational transformation. Their work is grounded in evidence, driven by practitioner insight, and focused on sustainable impact.

Innovators in Learning and Achievement, Inc. is overseen by a four-member Board of Directors. Current directors are:
