Transition Resource Fair and Mini-Conference

Who Should Attend:   Youth, Families, Educators and Agency Representatives

Transition services are intended to prepare students to move from the world of school to the world of postsecondary education, work and independent living.

The Transition Resource Fair & Mini-Conference is geared towards parents and families. It is FREE to attend and will include exhibitors from agencies who offer services related to:
Disability Resources & Support
Employment
Independent Living
Legal & Financial
Postsecondary Education & Training
Recreation & Leisure

Interested in becoming an exhibitor for the Fair? We are now accepting applications! Click here to complete the application. 
Please submit your application by September 8, 2014.  You will be notified if you have been selected as an exhibitor by September 15, 2014.
 

The Fair will also include 50-minute mini-sessions led by CESA 1 staff and representatives from exhibitor agencies. Check back after September 15 for a list of exhibitors and mini-session schedule.

Spanish interpreters are available upon request.  Please indicate when registering (and must indicate by October 1).
