Transition Resource Fair and Mini-Conference

Who Should Attend:   Youth, Families, Educators and Agency Representatives

Transition services are intended to prepare students to move from the world of school to the world of postsecondary education, work and independent living.

The Transition Resource Fair & Mini-Conference is geared towards parents and families of students with disabilities. It is FREE to attend and will include exhibitors from agencies who offer services related to:

Disability Resources & Support
Independent Living
Legal & Financial
Postsecondary Education & Training
Recreation & Leisure

The Fair will also include 50-minute mini-sessions led by CESA 1 staff and representatives from exhibitor agencies. See schedule below.

ASL and Spanish interpreters are available upon request.  Please indicate when registering (and must indicate by October 1).
