CESA #1 offers the following Transition Services:

  -Wisconsin Statewide Transition Initiative (WSTI)*
  -Provide technical assistance with the new online Transition IEP system and how
   to incorporate effective practices
  -Collect and edit transition articles and updates for WSTI newsletter
  -Creating the Vision presentation for parents and educators
  -Knowledge of transition resources and how to implement in the classroom
  -Statewide Personnal Development Grant (SPDG)
  -Technical assistance with the new Transition Resources for Youth website
 

*The Wisconsin Statewide Transition Initiative (WSTI) is a project funded through a discretionary grant from the WI Department of Public Instruction (DPI). The purpose of the project is to help school districts address the transition requirements of IDEA 2004.

WSTI offers comprehensive transition support services, information dissemination, and learning opportunities to parents, education professionals, and community agency professionals throughout Wisconsin.
