A CESA #1 school nurse is licensed as a registered nurse in good standing. CESA #1 contracts for a school nurse according to basic nursing services, specific nursing services, and special education nursing. (Indicators 1, 3, 5 & 6)

School Social Work Services
School social workers provide a full range of comprehensive services to students and schools in compliance with local, state, and federal legislation. School social workers assist in defining and solving issues related to students and their families, planning and implementing programs, providing supportive consultation, acting as a liaison between the district and other social service agencies, and delivering direct services to students and families. (Indicators 1, 3, 5 & 6)
