| Positive Student Profile |
| Prior to an IEP meeting, school staff are encouraged to share the Positive Student Profile form with families. Families should answer the questions and write their responses down on the form. Staff should encourage families to bring the form with them to the IEP meeting so that they are better prepared to participate in discussions about the child's education and IEP. |
