Educational programs are required by IDEA for deaf and hard of hearing students. CESA #1 provides comprehensive programs and support to enhance the learning of all deaf and hearing-impaired students. CESA #1 staff provides flexible scheduling, a complete continuum of services, and evaluations and summaries for IEP teams to assist in goal development and programming. (Indicators 1, 3, 5 & 6)
