ACCESS for ELLs (Assessing Comprehension and Communication in English State to State for English Language Learners) is required to determine proficiency levels and progress of all ELL students in speaking, listening. reading and writing.  In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to administer the ACCESS assessments and become certified as ACCESS test administrators. 

Test administrator certification is required in order to administer ACCESS or the WAPT screener. 

ACCESS test administrators should be licensed educators.
