The Institute @ CESA #1 was established by the CESA #1 Board of Control to work with our 45 member school districts on a unique regional approach to transforming public education in Southeastern Wisconsin into a system that is student-centered and personalized for each learner. Our mission is to establish personalized learning as the prevailing approach to educating youth, utilizing a strategy based on change in three areas and in three phases: learning and teaching; relationships and roles; and structures and policies.
