ESEA Services provide oversight, information, professional development and technical assistance regarding aspects of No Child Left Behind. The service is offered through a regional shared service or consulting basis.
Title I
Title I Services are dedicated to providing districts, buildings and teachers direct technical assistance in raising the achievement of Title I students, as well as maintaining procedural and fiscal compliance with all federal regulations. CESA #1 provides a Title 1 Network array of services as well as Title 1 A and D administration services.
Title III English Language Learners
All services are designed to support educators to improve the learning of English Language Students. Services are designed to support educators, parents and students.
Title X-C
The McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act requires districts to ensure homeless students have access to education and other services they need to meet the same high academic achievement standards as all students. Information and resource links are provided in cooperation with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
